Terms & Conditions

Written to be readable — not to confuse you. These terms exist so both sides know exactly what to expect before, during, and after your detail.

01 — Agreement

Service Agreement

By booking a service with Lincoln Detail Co, you agree to the terms set out on this page. These terms apply to all detailing services we provide at 9311 Del Rio Dr, Lincoln, NE 68516 or at any mobile location we agree to.

These terms are written to be fair and clear — not to create legal barriers between us and our customers. If anything here is unclear, please call us before booking.

02 — Pricing & Quotes

Pricing & Quotes

The price ranges shown on our website are honest estimates based on typical vehicles in average condition. Your final price depends on:

  • The actual size of your vehicle (sedan, SUV, truck, van)
  • The current condition of the interior and / or exterior
  • Any add-on services selected (pet hair removal, odor elimination, etc.)

The most accurate quote is provided after we have seen photos of your vehicle or inspected it in person. We will always confirm a final price with you before beginning any work. We do not charge more than the agreed price without your approval.

03 — Payment

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service — after you have reviewed the finished work and are satisfied. No deposit is required to book.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Debit or credit card
  • Venmo
  • Cash App

If payment cannot be completed at the time of service, we will work with you on a reasonable arrangement. We do not charge late fees or hidden processing fees.

04 — Satisfaction Guarantee

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Before we accept payment, we walk through the finished work with you. If anything falls short of your expectations, we correct it on the spot at no additional cost.

"If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the work, tell us before you pay. We will make it right — or you do not pay."

If a deficiency is discovered after you have left and it is reasonably within the scope of the original service, contact us within 48 hours and we will schedule a correction at no charge.

05 — Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer that time slot to another customer.

There is no cancellation fee. Simply call or text us at 402-417-8807 and we will move your appointment with no hassle.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible and prioritize your rescheduled slot.

06 — Scope of Detailing

What Detailing Can & Cannot Do

Professional detailing significantly improves the appearance and cleanliness of your vehicle. However, there are conditions that fall outside the scope of detailing:

  • Deep paint scratches, chips, or clear-coat damage (requires paint correction or bodywork)
  • Permanent staining from dyes, bleach, or chemical spills
  • Pre-existing interior tears, cracks, or structural damage
  • Mechanical wear, rust, or structural issues
  • Odors embedded in foam padding or HVAC systems (may require additional specialized treatment)

We identify any such conditions during your pre-service walkthrough and communicate them to you before beginning work. We will never charge for results we cannot deliver.

07 — Personal Items

Personal Items in Your Vehicle

Please remove valuables, cash, electronics, and personal documents from your vehicle before your appointment. Lincoln Detail Co is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during service.

We treat every customer's vehicle with care and respect. Our team will not open glove boxes, center consoles, or storage compartments unless doing so is necessary to complete the agreed cleaning scope and you have indicated this is acceptable.

08 — Photography

Photography of Your Vehicle

We may photograph your vehicle before and after service for our own internal quality records. We will never post, publish, or share photos of your vehicle on social media, our website, or any other platform without your explicit permission.

If you are happy with the results and would like your vehicle featured in our before-and-after gallery, we will ask you separately. Your permission is always required — and always optional.

09 — Referral & Review Discounts

Referral & Review Discounts

Our referral program gives both you and a friend $20 off when they book their first service and mention your name. The discount is applied at the time of service — not stacked with other promotions.

Our review discount gives you $20 off your next service when you leave an honest Google review and text us a screenshot. This offer is limited to one review discount per customer and cannot be combined with the referral discount in the same transaction.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue discount programs at any time, with notice posted on this page.

10 — Governing Law

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any dispute arising from services provided by Lincoln Detail Co will first be addressed through good-faith direct communication. We are a small local business and always prefer to resolve any issue by phone or in person before any other avenue is considered.
